It can be both capital letters/ small letters, at your own preference.

You can also choose to insert more than two letters!
One extra letter = $1 extra charge.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IN ITEM2 AND ITEM3,
THE SIZES OF THE {HEARTS} ARE DIFFERENT.
